Chef Michael Trebbi has worked in a kitchen for close to 30 years, starting as a kid helping out with prep work in his parent’s Italian restaurant. While he was in culinary school, he was wooed into his first chef gig. Since then, he has worked at a variety of food establishments, both in the Midwest, and more recently in Boise
