from the website: CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, and it is a business model that fosters a partnership between us, as farmers, and you, as local eater, because we agree to share the risks and rewards involved in growing food. You can become a CSA member by investing in the farm at the beginning of the season through purchasing a “share”, which signifies the share of the the harvest you will receive throughout the growing season from us - your farmers! Our members commit to the full season, whatever the unforeseen and uncontrollable challenges may be during the farming season, knowing that we will do our best to supply variety and bounty to our CSA members.
