GoGreenLocally org. is a primarily volunteer, non-profit organization with a mission to provide information, resources, and support for local communities across the US to live sustainably and build healthy communities and local eco-systems.  We do this through the following:

​

  • Sharing opportunities to support your local green community through online directory hubs 

  • A weekly podcast where we interview people taking local action in their communities across the continent

  • Creating content to share with social media to encourage people to live sustainably and to support the many groups, businesses, projects, and nonprofits that are available in their local communities

  • Promoting the formation and growth of local podcast shows to educate local communities in local-based knowledge to live sustainably and interact with and support their local green community

  • Teaching people how to use our free sharing directories

  • Building databases of sustainability education opportunities 

GoGreenLocally Team Positions Currently Available:

These are professional positions that require a genuine interest in sustainable living. Internships provide a complete hands-on experience. Our internships generally require a one-year commitment, are unpaid positions unless noted, and are available on a flexible schedule.
