Herb spirals are vertical gardens that provide maximum space while allowing planting of multiple varities of plants due to its design. Using gravity, water is able to flow from the top of the garden and drains down to each layer. Each layer is different with a drier zone at the top and a moist area at the bottom. This area creates microclimates, which allows one to plant a diverse range of herbs in a variety of positions.
