FlameOFF® Fire Barrier Paint is a low-VOC, water-based intumescent paint designed for interior use on steel, wood, drywall, and other building materials. When exposed to heat, it expands and forms a protective char layer that slows the spread of fire. It is UL Classified and tested to ASTM E84/UL 723 (Class “A” flame spread) and ASTM E119/UL 263 (1–2 hour fire endurance ratings).

Temperature: Apply at 50°F (10°C) or above; avoid rapid drying in high heat
Humidity: Ideal range is 40–60% for proper curing
