So, Loving Heart uses organic produce as much as possible even when it's not indicated so on the menu.

The more we support organic farmers, the more farmers will use organic natural farming methods gradually. Then, the healthier the soil and water will become. From then on, the soil and water will recover, and we will have more abundant harvest and a more species will thrive including humans!
