Birth Strides

Birth Strides is a free community childbirth education program providing knowledge on pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding. We want you to learn all that you can about this amazing process and hope that our four week series of classes helps you to feel empowered as you prepare for a great birth experience.
