We support our local organic farmers by incorporating seasonal fruits and vegetables into our menu, and our local fisherman by serving locally-caught fresh fish. We use only stainless steel cookware in the kitchen – no microwaves or canned goods here! Our homemade breads are made using an all-natural sourdough starter.
