Our dishes are made to order and carefully prepared to maximize both dining pleasure and nutrition. We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment and support sustainable practice through our purchases. We do not use animal products in any of our dishes with an exception of fried egg as optional to add on to the dish or and whole milk for coffee. Majority of our produce are from local farms with in Sacramento county and sometime our neighbor's garden.
